We often recommend the Bitty Bowl for holding condiments like soy sauce and vinegar at the table, but let’s be real—this is a way better choice!

Established in 1899, Hirota Glass functions as a collaborative of artists all working in traditional Japanese handcrafted glass styles such as Edo Kiriko and Edo Glass.  This soy cruet was designed by artist and company director, Tatsuaki Hirota, using the Aburidashi Technique. This involves the shaping of glass in a patterned mold to create opalescent-colored designs on the glass surface.
