Portuguese Olive Oil
Two very different and very necessary olive oils that will earn their space in your pantry.
The pure PDO oil meets high standards of varietals, production method and overall quality and it comes from Portel in Portugal’s Alentejo Interior, an area so acclaimed for its olive oil, its products are recognized by the European Union. A yellowish oil that can yield golden or greenish hues, this oil is made from Cordovil de Serpa, Cobrançosa and Galega Vulgar olives.
Piri-piri Aromatic Olive Oil is fruity, sweet with a little kick of spiciness that will bring intrigue to your salad dressings. It also makes a great finishing oil. It, too, comes from the Alentejo Interior of Portugal.
